Monthly Meal Plan: November

I sat down a few days ago and went through new recipes people had recommended *thank you!* and new recipes found on Pinterest I haven’t cooked yet.

I branched out more with the selection this month, including: squash recipes, pasta dishes, and crock-pot meals. I try to keep my weeks balanced as far as an equal combination of chicken, pasta and beef/fish dishes. Some weeks are a little heavier on one over the others but I think it’s all a matter of personal preference. 🙂

New to the monthly meal-planning? Check out my last blog post about it and my review of how the month went!

I will show you what next month’s WEEKS 1-4 look like on my plans and link in all the recipes I have printed off. Most are homemade meals but a few are pre-made, store meals(don’t judge me). Keep in mind, this month is Thanksgiving. I did not adjust my menu because I am not sure about our plans, but if you are going over to your family’s for the holiday you may get to skip a few days of meals! Wohoo! Unless of course you are hosting, in which case, you better get on it ASAP!

This selection of recipes is a bit more “fall” festive. I guess now that it is almost November, I should embrace it! But in my defense, it just started getting chilly here last week. 😉

  • Crock-pot Chicken Fajitas (link in my Pinterest)
  • Pulled Pork Sandwiches (bought at the store, microwave edition ;))
  • Breakfast for dinner
  • Shrimp, Zucchini & Pesto Angel Hair Pasta
  • Swedish Meatballs
  • Chicken Pot Pie (Costco)

Hope this helps you! Please comment with questions or ideas! And follow me on Pinterest —> HERE <—-!  I tried to pick quick, easy, healthy recipes that the whole family will love. Although, I don’t know how much my toddler loves the squash. 😉

We also got our family pictures taken at the apple orchard over the weekend and I can’t help but share one of the gang.
