First Wedding of 2014

I finally got some professional pictures back from the bride whose hair and makeup I did back in June.

Zureilly is one of the sweetest girls I have ever worked with. I went to her house the day of her wedding to get her ready for the wedding. She chose to have all of her bridesmaids get their hair and make-up done at a hotel so we could have some peace and quiet. The hustle and bustle of the getting ready process is fun and exciting! But having some time to just prepare by yourself, in a calm atmosphere, was very refreshing.

We had chosen a loose side up-do style for Zureilly during our trial-run. We curled some longer tendrils around her face and gathered her hair to the side in a loose bun. She had her own tiara that looked stunning and once the veil was placed, the whole look came together and I couldn’t get over how elegant she was. Her make-up was very romantic. We, of course, air-brushed her foundation using my Dinair airbrush and gave her a slight smokey eye using the Urban Decay Naked Palette 2. I think she looked like the princess from Aladdin…but maybe that’s just me? Either way, the day was awesome and I was so happy she chose me to be there for her.

Best of luck on your new adventure Zureilly!
